近期，我校发现个别机构在网上以天津财经大学与加拿大西三一大学合作培养工商管理硕士项目（以下简称：本项目）名义进行虚假招生广告宣传，为维护我校办学声誉及广大考生权益，指导考生正确报考我校国际MBA项目，防止考生上当受骗，特声明如下：

1、本项目未从任何平台发表过以深圳为移动课堂的招生广告，也未授权任何中介代理机构或个人发布此类广告。同时我校近期也未在深圳有移动课堂的相关计划。

2、任何机构及个人在未取得“天津财经大学MBA教育中心”授权，使用“天津财经大学”或“天津财经大学MBA教育中心”名义进行天津财经大学与加拿大西三一大学合作培养工商管理硕士项目招生广告宣传的行为已经构成违法侵权行为，请存在上述问题的机构及个人自本公告之日起，立即将网页上的虚假内容删除，停止侵权，公开赔礼道歉。本中心保留通过法律途径维护合法权益的权利，届时所产生的一切法律后果将由发布单位或个人承担。

3、本项目相关招生及报名信息均需天津财经大学MBA教育中心授权发布。请广大考生注意识别网上信息，以免受到损失。MBA教育中心对未授权发布的任何关于本项目的信息不承担任何责任，并保留通过法律途径维护合法权益的权利。

Declaration

It come to our attention that recently some institutions carried out false recruitment advertising online in the name of joint venture MBA program hold by Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and Trinity Western University of Canada (hereinafter referred to as the program). In order to protect our university's reputation and the rights and interests of candidates, guiding candidates to correctly apply for our joint venture MBA program and prevent candidates from being deceived, we hereby declare as follows:

1. The program has not published enrollment advertisements stating Shenzhen as a mobile classroom from any platform, nor authorized any agency or individual to publish such advertisements. At the same time, our university has no relevant plan of setting up mobile classroom in Shenzhen recently.

2. Without the authorization of the MBA Education Center of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, any institution or individual using the name of "Tianjin University of Finance and economics" or "MBA Education Center of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics" to publicize the enrollment advertisement of the joint venture MBA program hold by Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and Trinity Western University of Canada has constituted an illegal infringement, Institutions and/or individuals with the above behaviors shall immediately delete the false content on the web page, desist from infringement and make a public apology from the date of this announcement. MBA Education Center reserves the right to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests through legal approaches, and all legal consequences arising will be borne by the issuing institution or individual.

3. The relevant enrollment and registration information of this program shall be authorized by the MBA Education Center of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics. Applicants shall pay attention to identifying online information to avoid any loss. MBA Education Center will not take any responsibility for any unauthorized information about our program, and reserves the right to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests through legal approaches.
